Leah did a great job helping us price, prep, promote, and ultimately sell our house—a house that was not for everyone! Beyond that—Leah is a lot of fun to work with, and we really enjoyed what can be a stressful process. We would recommend her to anyone.

Where do I begin? From the moment we met Leah—much like the home we eventually bought—we knew she was the perfect match. She was knowledgeable, peppy, encouraging, and so diligent in many areas that were completely new to me. She crossed every t and dotted every i before I even knew to ask about them. She kept in regular contact and was so much fun to work with! When it came to selling our house, she put on the ritz and showed its best qualities. When it came to buying our dream house, she met us and worked within our schedule. When it came time for that extra bump, she provided the push! She hit the gas on an amazing time that turned something potentially stressful (buying and selling a home in a tumultuous market) into a fun adventure. I plan to live in this house until I’m dragged out by younger relatives or a gurney, but—if needed—Leah will be my go-to for the next process, hands down. I cannot say enough glowing things about her and the overall process!

Leah and Phil were amazing! Great communication throughout the whole process.
