In February 2026, my husband and I decided we were ready to start looking for land. A few months later, we received our pre-approval, and in August we found a piece of land we loved that had been listed that very morning. We reached out to Kim, and within 15 minutes she responded and arranged to meet us at the property that afternoon. We decided to make an offer, and she had everything prepared and submitted that same evening. The entire process was seamless. Kim was incredibly responsive, honest, and positive every step of the way—even when we ran into a hiccup at closing. She made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and kept us informed throughout. If we ever decide to buy again, there is absolutely no question who we will call. Kim Hannah was wonderful to work with, and if you’re looking for a realtor who is honest, responsive, patient, and genuinely great to work with, I highly recommend her!

Kimberly was very knowledgeable and so supportive through this entire process. She was always quick to answer questions and gave us great advice.
